The Brief
TLMC delivers something most competitors can’t:
real, practitioner-led learning inside live operational environments.
The problem wasn’t the offer.
It was how it was being communicated.
Despite strong credibility, the message felt:
Generic
Theory-heavy
Inconsistent across touchpoints
As a result, TLMC was being perceived in the same space as content-led consultancies, rather than what it actually is:
a hands-on capability-building environment.
The Challenge
Three clear barriers needed solving:
1. Perception
Lean training is often seen as abstract and classroom-based.
2. Clarity
No structured messaging system meant the value wasn’t landing.
3. Trust
High-stakes B2B and public sector decisions require reassurance, not persuasion.
The Approach
Instead of building another campaign, the focus shifted to something more fundamental:
Build a system. Not just ads.
A repeatable messaging structure that works across every touchpoint and stage of the journey.
